Obispo Restaurant

As part of an overall building upgrade, MAS navigated the technical and regulatory challenges of converting a ground floor commercial space to a restaurant use. Working closely with the restaurant’s designer, Wylie Price Design, MAS developed a layout that efficiently added a required exit route and addressed accessibility requirements, while providing a spacious, skylight-lit dining space. The design teams also coordinated exterior details, developing a no-cut tile facade to complement the restaurant design.
